The elephant in the room: Students don’t know how to take notes

What we discussed

Let’s face it - students don’t know how to take notes, and traditional accommodations don’t help.

Independent note taking is a fundamental skill for achieving learning outcomes. But many students aren’t taught how to do it.

In this webinar we were joined by a peer panel who discussed how note taking skills can be improved, and what a note taking accommodation should achieve.
