Privacy Notice Updates
Update Effective 29 November 2023
What's changed?
- We've added a new third party processor, Microsoft Azure, to our list of processors. We use MS Azure to host our new Quiz Me feature.
This change is only applicable to users that have access to Quiz Me through the Early Access Programme.
Update Effective 16 August 2023
What's changed?
- We've restructured our Privacy Notice and making language changes to make it easier to understand and navigate
- We've provided more detail about the personal information we collect from you and why we collect it
- We've listed the names of our third party processors, their location, and the service they provide, in order to be more transparent
- We've explicitly referencing the UK GDPR and the key data protection principles that we adhere to
- We've added region-specific privacy information for California residents
- We've removed outdated information on the EU-US Privacy Shield because it's no longer a valid data transfer mechanism.
Service Agreement Updates

What's changed?
- We've added our new feature, Live Captions, to the Services section (section 5). This includes explaining what Live Captions is, who the feature is available to, what our fair use policy is, and what our rights are if you exceed fair use on a continued basis.
