What's in this step?

✅ Invite users one by one or in bulk?
✅ Run a student workshop on note taking and Glean

Step 1: Invite users one by one or in bulk?

Estimated time: 30 mins

Compile a list of students to invite and send them out individually or in bulk at admin.glean.co

Step 2: Send a email to help encourage users to accept their invite

Estimated time: 5 mins

Send this email to your students just after you've sent their invite to Glean

This email gives invited users a gentle nudge to accept their invitation by showcasing the impact Glean has had on learners like them.

Group Workshop

Group Workshop

Offer a 45-min workshop to students to introduce them to Glean and the note taking skills they will develop through the program.

You may want to offer this workshop to all students in receipt of note taking accommodations either before or after you invite them to Glean.

We know getting students to attend workshops can be challenging, so we've created this useful presentation that's ideal for sitting down one-to-one with a student.

Next: Stage 5
